The Marotape®Plus are manufactured using synthetic high tenacity yarns coated with high-performance hot melt adhesives, laminated to kraft paper. This gives greater weft strength to the Marotape®Plus.
The Marotape®Plus are available in a width of 13 to 25 mm and a breaking strength of 300 to 625 N.

The Marotape®Plus are continuously applied on top of the corrugated board.
They are inserted upstream of the double backer of the corrugator and the heat present inside is used to activate the special formulation of the hot melt adhesive to obtain a perfect adhesion to the paper.

The Marotape®Plus are available in roll form. Marotech Inc. also offers distribution equipment specifically designed to apply the tapes efficiently and in a continuous manner inside the corrugator.
Marotech Inc. provides two (2) rolls format; the standard format of about 33 cm diameter (13.5 kg) and Jumbo size of about 43 cm (38 kg). Marotech Inc. is the only company to offer this Jumbo format, which combined with our MaroCrate ™ system, offers major advantages in terms of productivity and safety.
