The Marotape® Tape Dispenser is used for the standard size tape rolls which are using the tubes of 3.25 inches of internal diameter. This system is available for unrolling 4, 6 or 8 Marotape® to the guide arm system.
The dispenser can be used in combination with our patented MaroClip ™splicing system, which enables the transfer of Marotape® tape rolls at high speed and in a continuous manner.
The compensator arm gives the needed amount of damping which is necessary for an effective transfer of Marotape® rolls up to 290 m / min speed (950 pi / min).

Brake system
The braking system is simple but effective. To prevent tension fluctuations in the tape during the splices, or during an emergency stop, a braking system is used to apply a constant tension. This maintains the lowest possible tension in your production at all times.
