Features cardboard
The Marotape® for folding carton applications are available in widths of 2 to 3 mm and with breaking strengths of 80 to 110 N, while MaroString ™ are available with breaking strengths of 80 to170 N.
Both products are available in rolls with distribution equipment specifically designed to facilitate their application on the cardboard.
Features corrugated board
Marotape® for corrugated board applications are available in widths of 2 to 50 mm and with breaking strengths of 80 to 680 N, while MaroString ™ strings are available with breaking strengths of 80 and 170 N.
Both products are available in rolls with distribution equipment specifically designed to facilitate their application on the corrugated board.
Opening Systems
The Marotape® is the ideal tape to use as a tear tape for corrugated board. The Hot Melt Adhesive provides optimal adhesion and tough polyester yarn can create a band to tear easily and evenly through the thickest boards, including double wall.
Although Marotape® can be used in the same manner as Pressure Sensitive Adhesive tear tapes, they can also allow the creation of a perfect and clean tear known as the "Klean Cut ™" by being combined with a version of our Marotape® guide tape.
