The MaroBeam ™ MK-III system is a fully automatic guide arm system, our top of the line model. With this system, a very precise positioning of the Marotape® over the entire width of the corrugator is possible. In option, a tracking camera is available so that all guide arms will follow the lateral movement of the paper.
The system can store over 200 orders that can be recalled, even during its operation, which allows the running of back to back orders.

The system is equipped with wheels, like all Marotech Inc. equipment, which permits its removal from the corrugator when the system is not required and store it at a predetermined location.
All the preparation of the system can be made offline. Then when required, the system is inserted between the glue machine and the double backer of the corrugator, even during its operation.
If the position of a tape needs to be adjusted during production, this can be done easily using the main control panel, or it can also be performed at the stacking section of the corrugator with a remote panel offered in option.

• A rail system inserts the MaroBeam ™ MK-III rapidly and easily inside the corrugator, even during its operation
